New Solutions for Packaging and Label Printers by CreoScitex and ScenicSoft

LYNNWOOD, WA--Washington-based ScenicSoft and CreoScitex, Burnaby, BC, Canada, recently announced they're expanding their exisiting OEM relationship. Reports ScenicSoft, with the new agreement, CreoScitex will offer both Preps and Pandora for use with CreoScitex's workflow solutions. Scenicsoft says CreoScitex will offer a single version of Preps that can be used interchangeably in Brisque, Prinergy, and IMPact workflows, facilitating the co.'s production integration strategy.
According to Erik Smith, ScenicSoft president, "This new OEM agreement is a logical extension of a long, successful, and thriving cooperation between [the two companies]....Our regular interactions highlighted that CreoScitex and ScenicSoft shared a common objective: to enhance the capabilities of our exisiting solutions continuously; and to offer new, innovative, and cost-effective technology for the packaging segment of the print industry."
