Spooling System Expands Markets

Lancashire, UK | SJA Film Technologies has invested in a 24-station spooling machine from Double R Controls that allows SJA to convert a wider range of substrates, including extensible/nonextensible and adhesive/nonadhesive materials in widths of 2-40 mm. David Hoy, SJA technical director, says, “We are now perfectly equipped to offer the benefits of spooled products over conventional single-feed pancake delivery systems to a far wider range of market sectors.”
