Mounting Materials Reduce Pressure

R/bak cushion mounting products for flexo printing applications include the SA 3000 and PSA2 Series. R/bak mounting materials are said to provide consistent, resilient cushioning, to reduce pressure and absorb shock for plates, and to result in longer plate and cushion life and higher print quality. R/bak SA 3000 reportedly maintains solids and reduced dot gain at speeds above 600 mpm.
