Inkjet Press Is a Big Winner

Foster City, CA | EFI reports its Jetrion 3025 inkjet system enabled the China Banknote Printing and Minting Corp. (CBPMC) to print 13 million tickets for the 2008 Summer Olympics with RFID and variable data on every ticket. Mr. Li, CEO of CBPMC, said he was “delighted to work with EFI to print the…tickets using EFI's Jetrion 3025. Printing the tickets has been a great honor for us.” In the run, 8 million single spreadsheet tickets and 5 million continuous fan-folded tickets were printed in China on specialized banknote paper.
