Omet Press to Feature Landa Technology at drupa

LECCO, ITALY | Omet reports the XFlex X6 narrow web press will be on display at drupa 2016, May 31–June 10, in Düsseldorf, Germany. Landa Nano-Metallography technology will be demonstrated publically for the first time mounted on the press. 

Landa’s new metallization technology is said to offer zero-waste metallization at half the cost of foil. Operating with the Omet XFlex X6 it enables luxurious metallic effects with flexo, offset, screen, and digital printing processes, according to Omet.

The XFlex X6 features a modular design that enables it to combine in-line several printing processes and finishing units for special applications.
