Offers built-in controls and uses multi-sensor head that has the capability to plug in up to five sensor types for use in the paper, film, plastics, and emerging solar film measurement markets.

Carrier can be equipped with a beta sensor for thickness or for basis weight measurement, as well as microwave, X-ray, X-ray or beta backscatter, color, spectral reflectance, caliper, and porosity sensors to meet a wide range of web measurement needs. Offers the same 10-in. welded beam construction and precision guide rails as company’s existing O frame at a lower cost due to its streamlined manufacturing, assembly time, and standardized controls and software platform.
