H.B. Fuller Acquires Nordic Adhesives Technology

ST. PAUL, MN | H.B. Fuller Co. has acquired Nordic Adhesives Technology, Buxtehude, Germany, a developer and manufacturer of high quality polyurethane flexible packaging laminating adhesives. This acquisition gives Fuller a full menu of flex-pack adhesives: solventless, water-based, solvent and hot melt heat seal coatings.

Additional new and innovative Nordic formulations include solventless systems with wide-ranging capabilities, including biodegradable laminates, high performance aliphatic solvent-based systems and adhesive solutions for high-barrier films.
