PLYMOUTH, MA | Flexo Concepts introduces ReNew Green anilox circulation system and general pressroom cleaner that’s said to improve anilox performance and simplify anilox and general surface cleaning for flexographic and sheetfed offset printers. The product is of particular interest to the corrugated market where on-press cleaning of large rolls is desirable as well as to the envelope market for improving color consistency. Cleaner is biodegradable, solvent-free, and contains no VOCs. A buffering solution is added for safety and performance, enabling it to outperform caustic cleaners yet remain safe to handle and non-corrosive to metal surfaces. Offset printers can add cleaner to a flush cycle to boost effectiveness and improve coating consistency without adding labor costs. Available in both concentrate and ready-to-use formulas.
