Visual Pak Makes Norka Acquisition

WAUKEGAN, IL | The Visual Pak Companies have acquired Norka Inc., a specialty packaging company that provides commercial printing and custom paper conversion. Norka will continue to operate out of its Appleton, WI, facility.
According to Clayton Bolke, chief executive of Visual Pak, “Top consumer products companies today are looking to outsource to contract manufacturers and packagers who deliver real value. That’s not just cost savings. It’s quality that meets their standards.
