Oracle Packaging Sells TOLAS

WINSTON-SALEM, NC | Oracle Packaging has sold TOLAS Healthcare Packaging to Oliver Medical. TOLAS has supplied packaging to the medical device and pharmaceutical markets for more than 30 years.
Scott Dickman, Oracle’s president and CEO, says, “Our decision to sell was based upon market conditions and the emergence of a suitable buyer, Oliver Medical.” Oracle and Oliver Medical/TOLAS will continue their current supply relationship through a long-term supply agreement and will expand their strategic partnership.
