Flexo Press Has New Sleeve Handling System

LINCOLN, RI | Windmoeller & Hoelscher’s Vistaflex C direct-drive, high-speed flexo press can be fitted with eight or ten color decks. Features the Vista-Port automatic sleeve handling system with exchangeable sleeve mandrels, which completes job changeover automatically, making changeovers fast and reliable.

Press operator determines the job changeover sequence and fits the mandrels with the right printing and anilox roll sleeves. Vista-Port automatically completes the job changeover, optimizing the position of the new mandrels in the magazine, allowing for setup of all required color decks in the shortest time.

Press is designed for print repeats to 49.2 in. (1250 mm) and widths to 86.6 in. (2200 mm). Maximum print speed is 2,624 fpm (800 mpm).
