Dr. Robert Bakish Bestowed AIMCAL President's Award

AMELIA ISLAND, FL | On Oct. 19 at the Assn. of Industrial Metallizers, Coaters & Laminators’ annual technical meeting held at the Amelia Island Plantation, AIMCAL president Mike Engle of FLEXcon Co. bestowed Dr. Robert Bakish of Bakish Material Corp. with the association’s coveted President’s Award in recognition of meritorious service to AIMCAL and the converting industry as a whole.

Engle noted during the presentation that ten years ago when the International Vacuum Conference headed by Bakish merged with the association, AIMCAL experienced an immense elevation in the level quality associated with its annual technical conference. The award recognizes Dr. Bakish for this dedicated effort.
