Sigma Stretch Film purchases Gloucester Film Line

LYNDHURST, NJ | Gloucester Engineering has announced that Sigma Stretch Film, a div. of Sigma Plastics Group, has purchased its first five-layer agricultural stretch line for its plant in Canada. This line is scheduled to ship in October 2009 and producing film by end of the year. This will be the fifth Gloucester stretch film line in this plant and the largest agricultural stretch film line in North America. Combined with its four US plants, Sigma Stretch Film will have a nameplate capacity exceeding 500 million pounds.
