Atlas Converting and Kampf Schneidund Wickeltechnik announce the completion and opening of their joint Technology Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. North American customers will enjoy new benefits from the expanded services offered at this facility.

Nearly 4,000 m² in size and equipped with TitanSlitter and ConSlitter series machines, the center offers much more than machine testing. It is a place where customers and interested parties benefit from the combined expertise of specialists from Kampf and Atlas to find the best way to process their materials. The focus is not only on the highest slitting and winding quality, but also on increasing process efficiency.

The new premises also serve as a training center. Here, workshops and training courses are offered as part of the Academy to deepen knowledge of the processes and learn the best practices for specific requirements. The range of seminars is comprehensive and is aimed at different disciplines and staff.

To meet the expected increase in demand and solve supply chain issues, “pre-configured machines” are available, enabling short delivery times.
