A Cost-Effective Solution that Eliminates the Need for a Punch Station

AZCO Corporation has come up with an innovative way to provide different size blister cards without the need of expensive tooling or long costly change overs. A module unit easily integrates with any blister machine. Material enters the unit as a continuous web, and shear cut slitters slit the material to the proper width. Side trim can be removed. An optic sensor tracks the blister so cross cuts are in the proper location.
