Over 69,000 Visitors at Successful All In Print China 2020

The 8th staging of All in Print China recently concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). At the first and the largest comprehensive international trade fair for the printing and packaging industry after the COVID-19 epidemic in China, 687 exhibitors from 10 countries including Austria, China, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the U.S. showcased their latest technologies. During the five-day exhibition, 69,668 domestics and overseas visitors attended the event.

“All in Print China has always been the ideal platform for the exhibitors to launch their new products and technologies,” stated Evian Gu, senior project director of All in Print China at Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. More than 20 companies, including Fuji Xerox, Kyocera and Charoen Pokhara debuted over 30 products at the trade fair. “We are pleased  that the COVID-19 virus is very well contained in China and we were able to stage All in Print China 2020 as scheduled”. Organizing an exhibition in these special times is a challenge for every trade fair organizer but we took all necessary epidemic prevention measures and acted in accordance with the requirements of the State Council and the Shanghai exhibition industry guide of COVID-19 control and prevention. We are very delighted that we were able to offer a convenient, safe and successful platform to the printing industry,” commented Marius Berlemann, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. “

For all the international participants not able to travel to Shanghai for All in Print 2020 due to COVID-19, the organizer offered the new online platform  “All in Print Cloud” which remains open until November 10.  It integrates presentations, matchmaking and industry exchanges functions for the printing and packaging industry and provides exhibitors and professional buyers with video/live streaming promotions, supplier-buyer matchmaking, real-time communication and online inquiries. During the live trade fair, three online matchmaking conferences were held successfully on All in Print Cloud platform. The 16 exhibitors showcasing their products  attracted 7,000+ visits from  17 countries/regions.

Exhibitors at All in Print were pleased with their participation. According to Jin Shanlun, deputy managing director of Fuji Xerox (China) Limited: “We have participated in every edition of All in Print. The result of the show this time exceeds our expectation. Every booth was full, including Fuji Xerox. The visitors asked many professional questions about our machines.”

“The onsite situation of All in Print China 2020 was totally different from what we imaged before. We are satisfied with the quantity and quality of the visitors and the number of orders,” added Li Peng, Industrial Digital Print China and Hong Kong General Manager of HP.

Huang Chaoying, product manager of the Inkjet Department at Epson China, noted: “We are very satisfied with both the quantity and quality of the visitors at All in Print China 2020. We are very pleased with the results of the show.”

Zhuang Danqing, marketing manager of KYOCERA Document Solutions (China) Corporation, agreed: “This is the first time that KYOCERA has participated in All in Print China. We are very satisfied with the number of the visitors. We held a conference on site with many participants.”

 Shiyue, general manager of Daetwyler (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. mentioned that “In the beginning we were worried about the onsite visitors but the result is very good and much better than we expected. There were so many trade visitors coming to our booth. We met a lot of old friends and new friends at All in Print China 2020.”

“This is the 6th time that KURZ participated in All in Print China. Although the show was held during the pandemic period, many trade visitors came to the show. The results of the  trade fair are very good,” said by Wang Haoyuan, PM graphic manager of KURZ Group.

The exhibits at All in Print were complemented by an extensive ancillary program consisting of more than 10 seminars and technical conferences, the “New Technology Conference”, the “2020 Asia Label Awards Ceremony” and the “2020 Printing and Packaging Industry Economic Forum and China Printing Manager Annual Conference”.
