Badger Offers Shipping Protection for Large Rolls

GREENVILLE, WI | Badger Plug offers wooden endboards and heavy-duty sleeve plugs said to give secure roll suspension for shipments of film or other heavy roll material. 
Company says large rolls are often most susceptible to damage due to their sheer size and weight as carrier loads sway, bounce, and vibrate during transit.
Large roll endboards can be produced to 4 in. thick, and a variety of heavy-duty sleeve plugs are available in diameters to 10 in. Special bracing, multiple slotted endboards, and roll stacking and unitizing solutions are also available.
