EDGERTON, WI | Componex offers WINtrac thermal spray coating for idler rolls. Coating is engineered to provide greater durability, better process control, and increased traction. It is a multi-step process designed to offer a more effective solution to traditional roller 
coatings and reportedly offers superior protection against air entrainment, while the top coat adds durability and optimum release to avoid ink picking and to provide easy cleanup.
Company says it has integrated the spray into the manufacturing process, thereby eliminating outsourcing and delivering a superior coated roller within five business days.
