Centrexpo Reports a New Structure

MILAN, ITALY | Centrexpo has acquired 100% of Ipack-Ima shares in an operation designed to ensure continuity in the management of Ipack-Ima.
According to the organization, through this acquisition Centrexpo establishes deeper roots in the exhibition industry and extends its leadership in instrumental mechanics into the Ipack-Ima business area, which includes packaging as well as food and non-food processing.
The Centrexpo Ipack-Ima Group today has a portfolio of eight international trade shows held in Italy as well as two shows held outside of Italy. In addition, the group operates through representative offices located in China, East Africa, India and the US.
In light of the changes occurred in the company’s governance, corporate offices have been adjusted. This included a renewal of Ipack-Ima board of directors, which now includes: Felice Rossini (chairman), Guido Corbella (CEO), and Marco Calcagni (director). Rossini and Corbella hold the same offices within Centrexpo.
