Goebel Joins IMS Deltamatic Group

DARMSTADT, GERMANY | GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme, manufacturer of slitter/rewinders, is now a member of the IMS Deltamatic Group, Bergamo, Italy. The IMS Deltamatic Group now includes five facilities in Italy, Germany, US, and the P.R. China with approximately 300 employees. The total revenue of the IMS Deltamatic Group Spa will rise accordingly up to 70 Mio. €.
“Both companies will continue their business activities as before with the same manpower, at the existing locations with their proven management,” says Raffaele Ghilardi, president of the IMS Deltamatic Group.
