XPress densitometers offer advantages of LED technology, including instant, automatic 1/10 sec measuring with no buttons to press for density, dot gain, or gray balance. Reportedly provide 500,000 measurements from two AA batteries, eliminating chargers and recharging. Line includes entry level S2, mid-level S4, and the S7 spectro-densitometer. Programmable units feature pass/fail red/green flashing LEDs to tell user when measurements are within desired printing tolerance.
