Use IR Light To Measure Thickness

StraDex sensors have a patented spectral coherence interferometry design that uses IR light to measure total, individual, or multilayer thicknesses for a wide variety of films and coated materials. With noncontact measurement, sensors have piezo-electric, auto-focus capability that ensures technology is well suited for webs of blown film production where flutter is found.
