Roll Cleaner Proving Itself

PLYMOUTH, MA | Flexo Concepts has donated a MicroClean Model 48 system at the Cincinnati, OH, demo center of press manufacturer Nilpeter. The unit is being used to clean anilox rolls between press demonstrations and to prove the system's ability to clean line screens up to 1,400 lpi without damaging the engraving.
John Coleman, Nilpeter's print services manager, is impressed with the system's ability to clean both UV and water-based inks from rolls. He says, “We have seen many instances where the machine was able to remove stains where ultrasound and conventional methods were not successful.”
