Show Preview | INFO*FLEX 2017 Celebrates its 35th Anniversary in Phoenix

Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), producer of the largest annual gathering for the package printing and converting industry, guarantees a bigger, better and more diverse INFO*FLEX than ever before.

As the INFO*FLEX Exhibition celebrates its 35th anniversary at the Phoenix Convention Center, May 1-2, 2017, attendees will experience an energetic convention hall filled with more than 240 of the industry’s top suppliers, thousands of solutions and 15 Solution Theater presentations. This event provides two days of intensive networking/learning activity and side-by-side comparisons of the latest technologies.

 

FLEXO'S #1 EDUCATION & NETWORKING EVENT

The Trending Now-themed 2017 Forum will cover all current hot topics and technologies in the industry, with expansion into segments that are relevant for today’s business and guaranteed to help prepare attendees for future customer demands. 

A total of 10 innovative Forum Sessions touch on topics for fresh-eyed beginners and seasoned veterans. BOOTH DESCRIPTIONS

CRON-ECRM (Booth #218) will be promoting its HDI Flexo CTP product line. The HDI-Flexo CTP uses CRON-ECRM’s maintenance-free magnetic linear drive system, which is known for its ability to image accurately and with high-quality performance.

EyeC (Booth 917) will feature print inspection systems, including artwork proofing system EyeC Proofiler Content, which simplifies artwork revision and approval processes and secures print file quality. Helps users avoid product recalls, keep production costs and material waste in check, and optimize quality control.

Flexo Concepts (Booth #531) will feature its newest corrugated doctor blade, TruPoint Green, which is a good option for corrugated printers producing mid-high level graphics. The blade’s mechanical properties allow for optimized metering in the range of line screens between where UHMW is effective and steel is required.

Harper Corporation of America (Booth #600) will be exhibiting and delivering briefings on how Harper programs, services, surface technology, and engravings can enhance efficient print consistency and improve profitability.

INX Intl. Ink Co. (Booth 107) will launch INXhrc, an eco-friendly product line of high performance inks and coatings that allow flexographic and gravure printing on a wide array of end-use packages. The ink system was developed to replace petro-chemically derived ingredients with clean, renewable, and sustainable alternatives. 

Pamarco (Booth #304) will be showcasing their engraved anilox with EFlo technology. This engraving has proven to be a game changer for flexographic printers around the world. Also featured will be Pamarco’s renowned Absolute woven carbon fiber-chambered doctor blade systems and Inometa lightweight fiber composite components.

Phoseon (Booth #835) will showcase the latest UV LED curing solutions for printing applications. Phoseon LED technology is a perfect fit for printing applications due to the compact size, ease of integration, and high-intensity output achieved through optimized LED thermal management.

QuadTech (Booth #716) will conduct live demonstrations of its new ColorTrack ™ color management software. ColorTrack was launched at drupa 2016, along with the new Color Measurement with DeltaCam ™ and completely redesigned Inspection System.

Ship & Shore Environmental (Booth #205) specializes in the design and fabrication of air pollution capture and control systems for the flexographic printing industry and will talk to attendees about its environmental and energy solutions.

Sun Chemical (Booth #301) will introduce a new portfolio of eco-friendly inks and showcase how its coatings, inks and HD plate technology can produce packaging that pops off the shelf while enhancing pressroom efficiency.

X-Rite Incorporated (Booth #420) will demonstrate how the latest color management solutions help printers and packaging converters expand their print production capacity and improve productivity while meeting brand requirements.  X-Rite will also be presenting two sessions on how controlling color can help printers grow their flexographic businesses and drive more profitable performance.
