CHICAGO, IL | BMO Capital Markets acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rosmar Packaging Corp., QC, Canada, a portfolio company of Novacap II, Limited Partnership, on its sale to an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Boca Raton, FL. Rosmar, a folding carton converter, will be integrated into PaperWorks Industries, a full-service packaging provider.
