Challenging Labels Are Winners
DEER PARK, NY | Overnight Labels won two awards when the IAPHC (International Assn. of Printing House Craftsmen), with the support of The Graphic Professionals Resource Network, announced its International Gallery awards for 2008.
The company earned Silver for an Astrum label that required high-level line screen process printing, rich dense background color, cold foil stamping, and a specialty-sourced and unique sparkle lamination.
Overnight won the Bronze award for a DreamQuest Nutraceuticals label that required working with flesh tones, cold foil, and dense dark colors, all in one pass.

It uses dry, thermal processing to produce what are said to be high quality printing plates. A Cyrel Digital Imager Spark 2530 images digital flexo plates to 25 x 30 in. It comes with an incorporated plate-loading table and an EasyClamp II drum for easier and faster plate loading. It also is equipped with a fiber laser and multiple beam optics, reportedly ensuring the highest quality and productivity at low drum speed.

Films for HP Printers
