Software system designed for analysis

The Expertalert predictive-maintenance software system has been reengineered and released as a network version and compatible with Microsoft DOS and Windows 3.1. The system is designed for machinery vibration data reduction and analysis. It diagnoses over 650 machine faults and has been proven to achieve over 96% accuracy in diagnoses and recommended actions in mature installations. The system is effective in predicting problems, diagnosing root cause and making repair recommendations for all rotating machinery from common motors and pumps up to critical nuclear plant machinery. Computer-aided drawing capabilities have been included with common machine components predrawn, so that machine elevation drawings and schematics can be created for each machine in the database.
