NOVEXX Launches Tag and Label Products

ECHING, GERMANY | NOVEXX Solutions introduced two new products at the recent PACK EXPO.

The XLP 504 label printer is an industrial all-round label printer for printing barcodes, fonts, and graphics in high quality. It is said to be the perfect solution for medium label volume applications and to combine high print quality, ultimate user friendliness, increased productivity, reduced downtime, and a robust design. 

Runs a large selection of label materials, sizes, and shapes. Customers can choose between models with 203-, 300-, or 600-dpi print resolution. Company says the 600 dpi print resolution enables printing of even tiny fonts, barcodes, and symbols. Self-adjusting ribbon mandrels ensure a stable ribbon-web tension for optimal print results.

Also launched was the XTP 804 single tag printer, described as a solution for high quality printing on tags, blister cards, cardboards, and tickets. Unit is said to deliver excellent print results at high print speed even with variable data and to be very user friendly and economical.

The XTP 804 is based on company’s 64-series print module and is equipped with a high-performance thermal direct/thermal transfer printer in 4-in. print width.

Said to provide high flexibility and increased productivity. Prints variable data in 300-dpi resolution. Depending on the thickness, size, and composition of the single tags, the infeed stacker can be loaded with up to 1,000 tags. The XTP 804 is available with pneumatic or electronic tag transportation and can optionally be equipped with a barcode verifier.
