AWA Announces Seminar on Linerless Labels

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS | AWA Alexander Watson Assoc. will offer a one-day event, the AWA Linerless Label Seminar 2014, scheduled to take place at Amsterdam’s Park Plaza Hotel Amsterdam Airport on March 19th. It is said to be the first stand-alone event devoted to linerless label use and technology, which AWA says is currently experiencing a resurgence of interest from end-users in the light of a continuing focus on lowering packaging costs and reducing waste, as well as significant recent technological advances.
Material, technology, and machinery developments will be brought together in an up-to-the-minute briefing on the linerless labeling platform in a broad range of applications.
The event is being held—along with a separate seminar on silicone technology—in conjunction with AWA’s annual Global Release Liner Industry Conference 2014, which takes place at the same location over the following two days, March 20–21.
