HP Video Shows Digital Going Green

CINCINNATI, OH | Sustainability is the subject of Video #7 in the series “The Packaging Minute,” featured by PFFC on an exclusive basis on the Video Channel. All videos in the series provide up-to-date information for owners or potential owners of digital presses from Hewlett-Packard and Mike Ferrari.

In the final video, entitled “Green Is Normal,” Mike Ferrari explores the various ways in which digital presses can improve sustainability, including reduction of ink and substrate waste streams and virtually eliminating overruns or need for warehousing. In addition, HP Indigo has established a program to offset the carbon emissions associated with the materials, manufacturing and testing of current generation presses (Series 3), providing a carbon-neutral press throughout the manufacturing process.
