Phoenix To Build rPET Line

Phoenix Technologies announces the construction of its first commercial recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) line for the production of the company's LNOc brand food-grade resin. The line, being built at the company's headquarters facility, is expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2009.

The line is being built in response to increased demand for post-consumer, food-grade rPET for a variety of applications. It will produce a projected 10 million pounds of resin annually.
