Filmquest to Raise Prices

BOLINGBROOK, IL | John Felinski, president and CEO of Filmquest Group, announces a price increase with the following statement: “Our industry continues to struggle with rising raw materials costs, including force majeure declarations that have created shortages, as well as trade policies, energy and transportation costs, exchange rates, and continued strong demand.”

Felinski adds, “Polyester film manufacturers worldwide have continued raising prices to maintain supply continuity and profitability for future growth; with this backdrop we are announcing that effective with shipments on or after July 18, 2018, prices will be increased on all Questar Polyester Films by a minimum of $.10/lb. We will honor contracts and blanket orders that may have price protection.”
