Clondalkin Produces PET Lids for Weetabix Launch

Lid manufacturer Clondalkin Flexible Packaging Bury (formerly Chadwicks Lids), has produced the high quality polyester lids for a brand new range of single serving Weetabix products. The three new products—Weetabix Crispy Minis Chocolate Chip, Weetabix Crispy Minis Banana, and Weetos pots—were launched in February. This is the first time Clondalkin Flexible Packaging has produced lids for Weetabix branded products and the first time these products have been sold in this convenient, breakfast pot format.
The 95.5-mm diameter omnipet polyester lids feature bold, five color designs, with pin dot embossing for extra impact on-shelf. The initial print run was 50,000 units of each of the three products.
