Following the launch of its Hexacomb Falconboard in North America and Europe, Pregis Corp., Deerfield, IL, expands production to Monterrey, Mexico, to serve the Latin American market. Called an excellent green alternative to traditional foam boards, Falconboard features an engineered paper core and water-based adhesives coupled with a white printing surface. Produced chlorofluorocarbon-free, it emits zero VOCs during manufacturing. The recyclable display board accommodates most inks and adhesives as well as commercial connective systems such as edge tape and plastic or metal edging/channels. Product reportedly cuts easily and cleanly and is heat-resistent to 300 deg F.
