Skillet Pouch Sizzles

T.G.I. Friday's partnered with Alcan Packaging, Chicago, IL, to create a Doyne-style stand-up pouch for the restaurant chain's Complete Skillet Meals frozen food entree. The result is a package that delivers brand impact in the freezer case and quality and convenience in the kitchens of consumers. Reverse-printed gravure graphics showcase the vivid Friday's brand, and the bag is sized to fit upright on retail store shelves. To streamline meal preparation, internal bags separate individual ingredients to allow for staging of the meal components and promote improved flavor and texture.
