Three new technologies are available. Micronax microsphere repositionable adhesives are said to provide a high degree of repositionability of any type of PSA on the market and are approved for FDA indirect food contact. Acrynax acrylic polymer hot melt PSAs provide an environmentally friendly alternative to solvent-based adhesives, exhibit good adhesion to a variety of materials, and are optically clear, skin-friendly, and resistant to water, solvent, UV light, and many plasticizers.
