Henkel Acquires National Adhesives

Bridgewater, NJ | Henkel Corp. has acquired the National Adhesives business of National Starch and Chemical Co. This acquisition enables Henkel to offer customers more choices of brands and products for case and carton sealing, hot melt and liquid labeling, and palletizing.

Henkel now delivers brands such as Easy-Pac, Technomelt, Supra, Cool-Lok, ProControl, and Euro-Melt hot melt labeing products through multiple market channels, including dedicated sales representatives.
