The Integrator C single-point system replaces obsolete CMR systems with additional features such as recipe management, historical data trending, and alarms. Has PLC drive interface, improved temperature controls, and enhanced gauge control. Integrator Pro reportedly combines line control and data monitoring into one highly functional information center. It is specifically designed for high-level converting processes, including cast film, blown film, extrusion coating, solvent and aqueous coating, and drying. Using a Windows interface, operators can monitor system operations, track quality standards, collect and trend historical data, and store product receipes from a standard PC computer.
