Safety and control equipment includes PVC electrical conduit, a remote control panel, 325 CFM stainless steel powered forced exhauster, six-pt thermocouple jack panel through the oven wall, digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
