AIMCAL Organizes ICE Europe Conference Program

FORT MILL, SC | The Assn. of Intl. Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators (AIMCAL) has organized the conference program at ICE Europe, March 19-21, at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany.

The ICE Europe conference runs daily from 10 a.m. to noon in two concurrent tracks, allowing ample time to participate in conference sessions and tour the show floor. The Web Coating track, led by Dr. Klaus Noller and Dr. Horst-Christian Langowski of the Fraunhofer IVV Inst., Freising, Germany, focuses on web coating methods, metrology, defect control, and barrier properties. The Web Handling track, led by Dr. Dilwyn Jones of Emral Ltd., Yarm, U.K., will provide a tutorial on winding with sessions devoted to roll defects, web tension, nips, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Technical program attendees may purchase a one-day pass for €79 or a three-day pass for €149. All technical program registrations include access to the ICE Europe show floor. Attendees who register for the three-day pass will receive a flash drive with the presentations from all sessions. One-day pass holders receive a flash drive with that day’s sessions.
