Program Repairs Cylinders

A Rebuild Program to repair and restore magnetic printing cylinders and anvil cylinders is designed to refinish all surfaces to meet exacting customer specifications. Included in the service are die-cutting, folding cartons, plastic containers, and corrugated cylinders. Another facet of the Rebuild Program is on-site plant audits, detailed visits that include a visual inspection of all cylinders in stock. Included is a run-out test on all journals, bearers, and the body of the cylinder to determine any deviations from specs.
