Constantia Sells Folding Carton Business in Mexico

VIENNA, AUSTRIA | Constantia Flexibles has sold Aluprint Plegadizos, its non-core folding carton business in Mexico, to the Mexican company Grupo Gondi after the transaction received approval from the local anti-trust authorities, with all conditions for completion being met.
Aluprint Plegadizos is located at a modern site in San Luis Potosi, with approximately 600 employees. It manufactures folding cartons and high graphics micro-corrugated boxes for the fast moving consumer goods industry in Mexico, the US, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean.
