Flint Group Adds Corrugated Ink to Inventory

PLYMOUTH, MN | Flint Group has added PremoCorr corrugated inks to its portfolio of packaging inks.

Described as low maintenance, inks are for all three levels of the post-print corrugated market because they are based on building block resin technology for all three corrugated levels that use modifying blocks to obtain desired characteristics. Building Block Technology is said to reduce supply chain complexity, improve inventory control, and provide a thorough understanding of the chemistry for every formulation.

Company says inks do not need amines to maintain viscosity, resulting in a maintenance-free ink with a stable viscosity over a wide pH range. Other reported benefits include exceptional resolubility, print quality, and rub resistance.

Inks can be prepared to match accepted color standards as a blended ink or as part of a dispenser package for corrugated printers.
