HUNTERSVILLE, NC | MDC Max Daetwyler has launched the Galvostar P RS (reduced-size) series of fully automatic galvanic machines to cover all galvanic processes. The new RS series employs the same brushless current technology used in more than 100 systems worldwide, resulting in a reportedly ideal current transfer to the cylinder. It also prevents electrolyte contamination from carbon dust and eliminates the need for frequent carbon brush changes. The Galvostar P RS’ smart design allows for a range of shaft and hollow cylinders that can be used with face lengths ranging from 350 mm to 1,600 mm and circumferences of 400 mm to 1,050 mm.
