Ashe Chinese Exports Raise

PRESS RELEASE

IPSWICH, UNITED KINGDOM—Ashe Converting Equipment has sold 21 machines to China, primarily standard and bespoke Sapphire slitters, but also several rewinder machines and a Jade primary film slitter.

The Sapphire slitters have been supplied for the processing of flexible packaging, cigarette wrapping papers, films, both plain and printed, etc. A number of UK packaging organizations with satellite plants in China have also purchased machines for applications such as hot foil stamping.
