Converting, Sheeting, Packaging.... Korber PaperLink to Showcase Range of Solutions at Graph/Converting Expo 2004

GREEN BAY, WI, USA - At Graph and Converting Expo 2004, Körber PaperLink North America reports it will highlight its full line of systems for paper and tissue converting as well as its sheeting and packaging systems in booth 148.

According to Körber PaperLink NA among the systems it will be highlighting at the upcoming graphic arts and converting exposition:


  • The new HS 542 plastic and wire binding machine, the world's first fully automatic machine that can handle all three types of binding - plastic coil, spiral-wire and double-wire - for delivering unmatched productivity and versatility.
  • The innovative cut-size sheeting and packaging line consisting of the E.C.H. Will AlphaCut cut-size sheeter and Pemco's ProWrap 30 ream wrapper. The system is designed specificallyfor small- and medium-size converters who need an automated production line to handle higher order volumes.
  • Schneider XT dust removal system, which allows paper mills and converters to virtually eliminate dust from webs and sheets.
  • FS Pro folio-size sheeter for the mid-range market, featuring a new paper overlapping system that allows mark-free sheet handling of paper and paperboard on one or both sides.
  • SHM 1450 offering the latest developments in folio sheeter technology and productivity, and the perfectly matched Wrapmatic GREC, providing compact folio-size ream wrapping for small to medium production.
  • LabelCut 102 high precision sheeter for manufacturing wet glue labels and cigarette soft packs from paper and BOPP film.
