UETERSEN, GERMANY—Stora Enso Specialty Papers will raise prices for its European customers on its wet strength Label Papers and Flexible Packaging Papers by 5% as of January 1, 2006. The increase is intended to compensate for rising energy and oil-based raw material costs.
