Differential Rewind Shafts

BEACON FALLS, CT | Goldenrod Corp. has released the 1250-DFX model differental shaft, which winds multiple webs of varying guage thicknesses by imparting just the right amount of resistance to the core ID. The model includes rows of pneumatic core stops to keep the rolls in alignment, which retract below the surface to allow the finished rolls to be removed from the shaft quickly.
The model is modular, allowing it to be made in diameters as small as one-inch or as large as 16 inches or larger. It can be made in solid steel for higher roll weights or in aluminum or carbon fiber for lightweight lift-out applications. It can accept adapters to quickly change over to larger sizes.
