Maxcess Offers FIFE-500 Web Guiding System

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK | Maxcess, a global supplier of products and services for the web handling industry, has announced the release of the FIFE-500 web guiding system, now available in expanded sizes.

The new FIFE-500 now supports roll face from 160–900 mm (6.3–35.4 in.), guide spans from 300–600 mm (7.1–23.6 inches), and tension from 355–1,000 N (80–225 lbs).

Unit has a high-resolution color touch screen featuring icons and text in 14 languages and said to simplify operation and reduce training time. Company says because the same operator interface can be used on all applications, the FIFE-500 offers a more complete, low-cost solution for mid-web sizes.
