Mamata Launches M-200 Ultra Simplex HFFS Roll Stock Machine to Increase Packaging Production, Profits
Mamata Enterprises has launched a new high-speed Simplex Horizonal Form Fill Sealing (HFFS) roll stock pouch machine, the M-200 Ultra, capable of producing 120 ppm mechanical speed with pouch size widths ranging from 100 to 200 millimeters.
Mamata will be exhibiting the M-200 Ultra at Booth C-4845 at Pack Expo 2021, which will be held Sept. 27-29 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Designed with conventional servo technology, the M-200 Ultra is a simplex HFFS roll stock machine that offers comparable outputs to a duplex machine while decreasing manufacturing costs. The innovative technology is ideal for companies that package food products.
Compared to a standard duplex machine, the M-200 Ultra occupies a smaller footprint within a manufacturing facility while boasting Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yields of 95 percent or higher.
Innovation and versatility are the M-200 Ultra’s strengths. The machine can package products in pouches ranging in width from 100 to 200 millimeters, and its two filling stations allow manufacturing companies to fill pouches with multiple items on the same machine. The filler’s carousel design reportedly offers quick, easy changeovers that can be completed in under 30 minutes, increasing OEE and productivity of the machine.
“Since 2010, Mamata has blended innovation and technology to create machines with superior packaging capabilities and rapid changeovers, and we expect the M-200 Ultra to revolutionize production for small, medium and large manufacturers,” said Varun Patel, vice president, North, Central and South America, Mamata.
Mamata has turned conventional technology into the unconventional by using proven servo technology, giving the simplex machine output levels comparable to duplex machines and machines built with linear servo technology.
Mamata delivers innovative packaging solutions and is internationally known for its Vegapack M-Series machines, which are designed to meet the specific needs of manufacturing companies that package goods for consumer use. Its next-generation machines balance high line-speed with a small footprint, and flexible designs allow manufacturers to customize machines for their industry and products.
